Why did you decide to try JOLT?

We were looking for solutions to better manage and measure our checklists within our operations. We had position checklists, training checklists, cleaning checklists and many other checklists used on a daily basis. All these checklists were on paper in plastic sleeves on clipboards and we used dry erase markers to mark them. Our issue was when we wanted to make a change, which was frequent, we would have to make the changes reprint and post. We would need new markers every month.

What do you use JOLT for?

The Jolt system has become our "Central Operations System", the brain of our operations. With all the resources organized in one central location it is very efficient for training, accessing manuals, looking up recipes, daily prep, corrective action systems, measuring tasks, test/quizzes, scheduling, position checklists, charts, videos and more. Our business will always evolve, Jolt makes it much easier to evolve and make quick changes within our systems quickly and efficiently. The "notes" feature has really given our employees a chance to help fine tune our systems. We encourage employee feedback and the ability for them to jot a note about a certain task on the fly really helps us create a more efficient and happier work environment.

What improvements have you seen to your operations since using JOLT?

We have seen all around improvements with productivity, efficiency and consistency. The system has been a huge tool in training and a great tool to pull multiple systems together into one location. It gives us the vehicle to deliver the tools our employees need to most effectively perform all of their job duties in a knowledgeable and timely manner.
